No pens or paper in room - no breakfast in a.m.

This is a good place for location. It could use a few in room items. It did offer free use of the L.A. fitness across the street which I truly appreciated.

Close to the area i was doing business in.
The carpet and room were not as clean or upkept as could have been.

This hotel was good for business travelers, or single travelers. I would not recommend it for romantic or family getaways.

I recently spent ten days at your Quality Inn in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the reason for my choice. I was pleased with service..
The bathroom was too small.

I would rate this hotel as very acceptable and a good value for the money..

Room was small.

We have stayed at higher quality hotels for half the price you charged us. Plastic drinking glasses, paper cups for coffee, lots of "hall" noise, no room to move around, very small pool, spa was broken, very overpriced for the quality. ...read more
